Privacy policy

MS Growth Academy is run by MS Growth Academy and Digital Solutions (SMC-Private) Limited, based in Lahore, Pakistan. In this policy “we” means us, and “you” means anyone who visits this website, registers for a course, studies with us or applies for a job. This explains what information we collect, why we need it, who sees it, and what you can ask us to do with it.

What we collect

  • When you register for a course: your name, father’s name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, CNIC number, gender, date of birth, city, address, education, preferred class time, how you heard about us, and anything you write in your message.
  • When you fill in the admission form: the details above, plus your occupation, an emergency contact, your payment details (amount, method, receipt number and a copy of the receipt), your signature — and a parent’s or guardian’s signature where needed — and the internet address the form was signed from.
  • When you apply for a job: the details on the application form and the CV you upload.
  • When you contact us or join our newsletter: your name, email, phone and message, or just your email.
  • When you use the website: standard technical details such as your IP address, browser, device and the pages you visit. These come from our hosting provider’s server logs and, where it is switched on, Google Analytics.
  • In class: the name and email you join Zoom with, and the work you share with your trainer.

How we use it

  • To call you back about the course you registered for.
  • To confirm your admission, batch, timing and fee, and to keep a proper record of it.
  • To run your classes and tell you about anything that changes.
  • To check payments, give you receipts and make refunds.
  • To prepare your certificate.
  • To answer your questions, and to consider you for a job you applied for.
  • To send our newsletter — only if you signed up for it.
  • To understand how people use this website so we can improve it.
  • To keep the records that accounting and tax law require.

What we never do

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we do not hand your number to anyone who wants to sell you something.

Who else sees it

  • Your trainer, who sees what they need to teach you — your name, batch and contact details.
  • Hostinger, who host this website and our email.
  • Google, through Google Analytics and the fonts this website uses.
  • Zoom, when you join a live class.
  • WhatsApp, if you choose to message us there.
  • Government or legal authorities, but only when the law requires it.

Keeping it safe

This website runs over a secure (HTTPS) connection. Payment receipts, signatures and CVs are stored where they cannot be reached from the public website, and only our logged-in team can open them.

How long we keep it

  • Registrations that do not become admissions: for as long as they are useful for following up.
  • Admission and payment records: for the length of your course, for your certificate, and for as long as accounting and tax rules require.
  • Job applications: for the hiring round and a short time after, unless you ask us to keep you in mind for future roles.
  • Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us at any time to:

  • tell you what information we hold about you;
  • correct anything that is wrong;
  • delete your information, unless the law requires us to keep it;
  • stop sending you emails or messages.

Students under 18

If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to your admission. That is why the admission form has a space for their signature. A parent or guardian can ask us about the information we hold on their child.

Fee refund policy

You can ask for a full refund of any fee payment within 7 days of making it.

How to ask

Message us on WhatsApp or email contact@msgrowthacademy.com with your name, your registration or admission number, and your payment receipt. A line about why helps us improve, but you do not have to give a reason.

When you get your money

Once a refund is approved, we pay it back within 15 working days, to the same bank account, JazzCash or Easypaisa account you paid from, unless we agree another way with you.

After 7 days

Fees cannot be refunded after 7 days. If something has stopped you continuing after that, please still talk to us — we may be able to move you to a later batch.

If we cancel or postpone a batch

If a batch you have paid for does not run, you get a full refund whatever the date — or, if you prefer, a place in the next batch of the same course.

Fees paid to others

If we pay a fee to another organisation for you — for example, booking an IELTS, PTE or TOEFL test — that part can only be refunded if that organisation refunds it to us.

Course & admission terms

  • Your seat. A seat is confirmed once your admission form is submitted and your payment has been checked by our team.
  • Fees. As agreed with you on admission. If we have agreed instalments, each one is due on the date we agreed.
  • Live classes. Classes run live on Zoom at the batch timing. You need a working device and internet connection; we cannot repeat a class you miss on your side.
  • Timings. If a batch timing or date has to change, we will tell you in good time.
  • Your links and materials. Class links, recordings and course material are for you only. Please do not share or sell them.
  • Respect. We expect students and trainers to treat each other with respect. We may remove anyone who harasses or abuses others from a batch.
  • Certificates. Issued when you complete what the course requires.
  • Honest about results. We teach the skills properly and support you while you learn. We do not promise a job, freelance income, a visa or a test score — nobody honestly can.

Cookies

Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. We use two kinds:

  • Essential cookies keep your visit secure and make the registration and contact forms work. The site does not work properly without them.
  • Analytics cookies from Google Analytics (their names start with _ga) tell us how many people visit and which pages they read. They do not tell us who you are.

We do not use advertising cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time; blocking the essential ones will stop the forms on this site from working.

Using this website

  • The text, design and images on this website belong to us. Please do not copy them without asking.
  • Course details, timings and fees on the website are a guide and can change. What we confirm with you on admission is what applies.
  • We link to other websites where it helps. We are not responsible for what they say or do.
  • These policies are governed by the laws of Pakistan.

Changes to these policies

We may update this page as the academy or the law changes. The date at the top always shows the latest version. If you have already paid for a course, the terms that applied when you paid still apply to that course.
